RETURNS/EXCHANGES/SHIPPING

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Refunds will be processed and issued on all items returned and requested, including change of mind, wrong size, have a design and/or material flaw. Customer satisfaction is #1 priority. 
  • The return must be received by Cross.N.Crown within 21 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • Cross.N.Crown Apparel Co. is not obligated to return items sent in error, as returns or refunds, that are purchased from other companies. It is incumbent upon the customer to understand where they purchase their products from and to not confuse Cross.N.Crown Apparel Co. with other Apparel companies. Cross.N.Crown will handle or dispose of such items at our discretion, without providing compensation. 
  • In cases where products are sent back to customers, who wrongfully sent a product to Cross.N.Crown Apparel Co,(confusing Cross.N.Crown with another company) that customer will be responsible for covering all shipping & handling costs. This cost will be a minimuim of $12 and at least the total cost of the actual shipping and handling, for USPS Ground Advantage.

REFUND PROCESS

  • After receiving the returned item, and requesting a refund, Cross.N.Crown will issue a refund for the value of the item. Cross.N.Crown will not refund shipping fees associated with the original returned purchase. Refunds processed processed within 10 Business Days of the received frequest after review. 
  • In a case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you, and are noted as not delivered to the indicated shipping address. 
  • If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. 

EXCHANGES/RETURN PROCESS

  • To return/exchange an item, print out your email invoice/statement and mail that along with your item back to Cross.N.Crown Apparel Co; 2705 Knollwood Way, Easton P.A 18040
  • Please mail the Item and include a short note with corrections to be made too:
  • Once we receive customer returned merchandise we will immediately take care of corrections that need to be made.  We will review your invoice and the corrections you have given and will correct any errors made on our behalf.

SHIPPING:

  • Please allow 5-7 Business Days for order full-fillment and Shipping. However we attempt to fill orders with in the first 24hours of receiving them. In some cases longer fill time is necessary to restock inventory.
