RETURNS/EXCHANGES/SHIPPING

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Refunds are only issued on items that are damaged or have a design and/or material flaw.
  • We do not issue refunds after a purchase is made  based on a "Change of Mind" and there is no damage to the item. 
  • We only accept size exchanges.
  • The return must be received by Cross.N.Crown within 21 days of the confirmed delivery date.
REFUND PROCESS
  • After receiving the returned item, and requesting a refund, Cross.N.Crown will issue a refund for the value of the item. Cross.N.Crown will not refund shipping fees associated with the original returned purchase.
  • In a case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you, and are noted as not delivered to the indicated shipping address. 
  • If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. 

EXCHANGES/RETURN PROCESS

  • To return/exchange an item, print out your email invoice/statment and mail that along with your item back to Cross.N.Crown Apparel Co; 2705 Knollwood Way, Easton P.A 18040
  • Please mail the Item and include a short note with corrections to be made too:
  • Once we receive customer returned merchandise we will immediately take care of corrections that need to be made.  We will review your invoice and the corrections you have given and will correct any errors made on our behalf.

SHIPPING:

  • Please allow 5-7 Business Days for order fullfillment and Shipping. However we attempt to fill orders with in the first 24hours of receiving them. In some cases longer fill time is necessary to restock inventory.
